New Build? While we specialize in, (and love) the restoration of the classic pre-war homes of the San Gabriel foothills, we do, (and love) new builds. Tell us about your vision and we will help you make it a reality.
In The Works
This project is an unconventionally beautiful, Sierra Madre hillside home from the 1920’s which unfortunately, has had maintenance deferred for what looks like 100 years. Lots and lots of TLC is bringing this antique back to its former glory. I will be posting progress shots as the restoration progresses.
Previous Projects
Here are a few featured building, remodeling and restoration services recently provided for clients in Sierra Madre and surrounding cities.
“Justin went over and above in helping us prep our house for sale, from putting new floors into two huge rooms to searching and finding the old tiles we needed to repair a bathtub. He had window frames made, saved us having to buy a new door by making sure the existing one hung straight. So many more things I can't recall all of them. Suffice it to say whatever we asked of him, he came through!”
