Pergola

This was a house that was otherwise in great repair, except for the pergola. After taking a close look it was decided that we needed to replace about 70% of the structure.

The trellis up top was completely ruined and some of the supporting structure needed to be replaced as well. In the end we went with a semi gloss white, that I think looked better than the previous brick red.

We also decided to make the trellis denser by leaving less room between individual lattice pieces. While it was a little more work, I thought that this was a nice aesthetic upgrade, and it also made it shadier underneath.
