Water Damage

This was a water damage repair. Water had been leaking through the above deck for years, but not enough to show on the inside. Small amount would seep into the wall, and due to the stucco exterior and a tightly finished interior, the water never dried out. Finally the walls hit a critical mass and the interior paint started to bubble.

I cut it open and what a mess. So, cutting out rotted wood and adding new lumber began. We never actually broke through the stucco “shell” of the exterior.

We were able to fit in all the materials necessary to bring this house back to normal, and insured that there would be no more leaking.
