After much negotiations, I was able to secure them this home at a price per square foot that is well below average for area. It could not have gone to better people. Cambria is one of the more ideal towns in CA if you want that hidden away feeling, in a dreamy, seaside town.

This charming little Santa Paula home was purchased by my clients after about a month of back and forth negotiating. Finally we got it down to a price that worked for my clients. They are now in the process of restoring it, as their forever home, in which I believe they are planning to start a family. If you haven’t been to Santa Paula, visit someday. It is a little know gem of a place, that still has reasonably affordable homes, right down the road from Ojai.
